All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and are based on the delivery location and package weight. You will see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Domestic & International Shipping
Currently, we offer domestic shipping across India. For international shipping requests, please contact us directly at hello@silkroadstudios.in.
Delays & Interruptions
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, strikes, holidays). We will keep you informed via email in case of any disruption.
Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return approval.
Timeframe
You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. Requests beyond this window will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@silkroadstudios.in with your order details and the reason for the exchange.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted under these conditions:
- The item is not in its original condition.
- The item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- The return is requested more than 7 days after delivery.
Refund Approval Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping Charges for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning any item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
